Shipping Policy

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times

Delivery estimates vary by location and carrier. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after production. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to the sender, we can reship it once a new shipping fee is paid.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
